Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. (4) medium onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 clove fresh garlic
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, strained
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy saucepan.
    Add onions and garlic; cook 5 minutes over medium heat until soft.
    Add other ingredients. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
