Mom'S Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 unbaked pastry shell
6 large fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. chilled butter, cut into 6 pieces
Preparation

Beat egg white until foamy; brush over bottom and side of pastry.
In small bowl, combine flour and sugars; cut butter into mixture until it resembles fine crumbs.
Sprinkle 2/3 of mixture in bottom of crust; top with peaches.
Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is bubbly and peaches are tender.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
