Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. hash browns
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cans milk
    1 Tbsp. pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix hash browns, onion and margarine together, then add 2 cans water. Cook 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat to simmer.
