Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except crackers. Pour into baking dish. Crumble 1 roll of crackers and mix with 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle generously on top of vegetables. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until brown.
