Party Spinach Dip(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) carton fat-free cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. Land O Lakes fat-free sour cream
    2 tsp. grated fresh onion
    1/4 c. dry vegetable soup mix
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Process cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.
    Press spinach between paper towels until almost dry.
    Put cottage cheese, spinach and remaining ingredients into a bowl.
    Blend well, folding ingredients together.
    Cover and refrigerate 3 hours.
    Yields 3 cups.
    Has 14 calories and a trace of fat per tablespoon.
