Wontons(Appetizers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can water chestnuts, diced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper
    2 pkg. wonton skins
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain fat.
    Add rest of ingredients, except wonton skins.
    Put mixture each skin.
    Fold in triangle. Wet edges with cold water to seal.
    Fry in 1-inch hot oil until golden brown, 30 to 60 seconds.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Freeze if you wish.
