Fat Free T'S Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

ground turkey or extra lean ground beef
1 large container cottage cheese
2 Egg Beaters
fat free spaghetti sauce
2 onions, chopped
8 to 12 oz. Mozzarella
Parmesan cheese
10 to 12 oz. lasagna noodles
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Brown and drain meat.
Add spaghetti sauce, onions and green pepper.
Add enough spaghetti sauce to make thinner than usual. Cook slowly until well blended.
Combine grated Mozzarella cheese with cottage cheese and Egg Beaters.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan spread a thin layer of the meat mixture, then the uncooked lasagna noodles.
Top with meat mixture and a layer of cheese mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Continue layering and end with Parmesan cheese topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
