Coconut Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (14 oz.) can unsweetened coconut milk
    1 c. light rum
    2 large eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Simmer first 4 ingredients.
    Mix 1 cup into eggs.
    Mix back into pan.
    Stir over low heat 5 minutes to thicken.
    Strain and chill.
    Add nutmeg, if desired.
