Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. water
    2 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    1/8 head cabbage, shredded
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 small bell pepper
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Add cubes, garlic powder and pepper. Next, add onion, celery, carrots and cabbage.
    Boil gently until vegetables are tender.
    Add tomatoes; boil gently until all is heated and serve.
