Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
3 eggs
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 slice ham
1 1/2 tsp. parsley (dried)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Combine eggs, half and half and cheese.
Cook ham slice and cut into small cubes.
Add to mixture.
Add parsley and garlic powder. Mix well.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
When done, middle should be raised and browned lightly. Cover pie crust edge with foil to keep from overbrowning.
