Banana Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. water
    2 c. bananas, mashed (4 to 6)
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, prepared with 3 c. water
    1 qt. pineapple juice
    2 (2 liter) bottles lemon-lime soda
Preparation
    Combine sugar and water. Boil 3 minutes. Cool.
    Mash bananas. Add to fruit juices and stir in sugar syrup.
    Pour into containers and freeze. When ready to serve, thaw slightly.
    Pour carbonated beverage over mixture.
