Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
2 cans tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Parboil cabbage to loosen leaves.
Mix meat, rice, onion, egg, salt and pepper.
Roll balls in cabbage leaves.
Place in pan and pour mixture of soup, sauce, vinegar and sugar over.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
