Polish Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. finely crushed zwieback crumbs (dry toast; if you get the toast with cinnamon, omit the 1 teaspoon cinnamon)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
4 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind
1 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix crumbs with 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for topping.
Press remainder into a 9-inch spring-form pan or a 9 x 13-inch cake pan, lining bottom and sides.
