Diabetic Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. persimmon pulp
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. sweetener and 1 tsp.
Preparation
    Mix pulp, sweetener and egg.
    Add dry ingredients and a little of the milk.
    Blend well.
    Add rest of milk and butter.
    Bake 55 minutes at 325\u00b0.
