Colwell'S Special Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium yellow or zucchini squash, cut in bite-size chunks
    1 medium onion, diced
    Water to cover
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese
    Salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cover squash and onion with water and butter and bring to boil.
    Cook approximately 5 minutes, until tender.
    Drain.
    Melt Velveeta cheese.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over squash. Makes 4 servings.
