Blender Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. granola
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put egg, butter, bananas, sugar and granola into blender. Whirl on low until smooth.
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add blender mixture and stir until moistened.
    Turn into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Yields one loaf.
