Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. broken pecans or walnuts
3 c. sour cooking apples, chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

In large bowl, mix oil, eggs and sugar.
In separate bowl, sift dry ingredients.
Add to mixture.
Stir in apples and nuts. Spread into well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Distribute chips onto top of cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
For best results, bake at least 2 to 3 days before serving.
