Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium carrots, grated (about 3 c.)
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon (I use 4 or 5 tsp.)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, and eggs together and then all other ingredients.
    Bake at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Cook for about 35 to 40 minutes.
    The trick to a good carrot cake is to not overcook.
    Frost when cool.
