Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine oil, vinegar, onion, salt and pepper in screw-top jar or small bowl.
    Shake or whip with wire whisk until ingredients are well blended and of a thick and creamy consistency.
    Use as dressing for fish, salads, hot or cold vegetables and for marinating meats.
    Makes 1 cup dressing.
