Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 scant c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium carrot
1 medium onion
1 medium cucumber
Preparation
-
Dissolve jello in water.
Let cool.
Add cottage cheese, well drained.
Add mayonnaise and salt.
Grind or grate vegetables and drain them well.
Add to jello and cheese mixture.
Let set several hours.
Serve on lettuce.
