Williamsburg Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped chicken
2 c. finely chopped celery
4 hard-boiled eggs
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water chestnuts
2 cans mushroom or chicken soup
4 to 6 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and place in a greased casserole.
Top with crushed potato chips and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
