3 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. (9 oz. can) crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. whipped cream
3 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Beat together egg yolks, sugar and salt. Add to milk that has been scalded and cooled. Cook over hot water in double boiler until custard coats spoon.
