Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. green onions
    3/4 c. bell pepper
    1 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    salt
    pepper
    red pepper
    pimento
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in olive oil.
    In casserole dish, combine the rest of ingredients.
    Add the onions and pepper. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until rice is done. Stir to mix the rice and vegetables.
