Parmesan Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, quartered
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. flour
salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place butter into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan and melt in oven.
Mix Parmesan cheese, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl with a cover.
Place potatoes into the mixture.
Shake until well coated.
Place in pan and sprinkle leftover mixture over the top.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
