Ingredients

1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
5 c. flour
2 lb. dates, chopped
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
4 c. pecans
2 c. margarine
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Chop cherries, pineapple, dates and pecans in a large pan. Add soda and salt to flour; add to fruit.
Mix until fruit is well coated.
