Zucchini Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. All-Bran
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pan.
