Mock Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 heaping Tbsp. flour
salt
1 tsp. vinegar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix and cook together the first 5 ingredients.
Add eggs and lemon extract; cook a little bit more.
Cool and pour into baked pie crust.
Beat egg whites; add 2 tablespoons sugar.
Put on top and brown in hot oven.
