Summer Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts
    whole mushrooms (fresh)
    red and yellow peppers
    1 large sweet onion
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce*
    1 c. teriyaki*
    1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/2 tsp. ginger*
Preparation
    Mix all the wet* ingredients with ginger and mix well.
    Cut vegetables and put them all in the marinating dish with the chicken and marinade.
    Place dish in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Mix the marinade every once in a while.
    Place vegetables and sauce in a tin pan or tin foil.
    Place it on the top rack or on the side of grill.
    Grill chicken until done.
    Serve with white or wheat rice.
    It's good.
