Passover Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. oil
2 c. matzo meal
4 eggs
Preparation

Dissolve sugar and salt in boiling water.
Add oil.
Add matzo meal.
Cool.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat thoroughly after adding each egg.
Place in greased muffin pans.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until golden brown.
Makes approximately 12 large muffins.
