Braised Cabbage, Kielbasa And Spuds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. head green cabbage
    4 large potatoes
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 lb. thickly sliced kielbasa
Preparation
    Cut cabbage and potatoes in 1-inch chunks.
    Mix broth with mustard in a large saucepan.
    Add the cabbage and potatoes; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cover; simmer 15 minutes.
    Add kielbasa; cover and cook 5 minutes or until hot.
    Serve with mustard.
    Serves 4.
