Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Soak bread in water.
    Squeeze out excess water.
    Combine bread, ground beef, egg, seasonings, onion and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
    Mix well with a fork.
    Shape into a loaf in a shallow pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients (1/2 cup tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and water).
    Pour mixture over meat loaf and bake 1 hour, basting occasionally.
