Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. turkey, ground
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    dash of garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 c. sliced vegetables of your choice
    2 c. tomato sauce
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
Preparation
    Cook turkey, celery, garlic powder, salt and pepper in 10-inch skillet.
    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Top with vegetables.
    Pour tomato sauce over that.
    Cover with Mozzarella cheese, then cover with rolled out crescent rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes, then serve.
