1/3 c. butter
3 lb. okra, sliced
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes

cooked with rice), fish, crab, shrimp, fried chicken and ham.
