Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 c. milk
    1 medium onion
    3 eggs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion.
    Combine with other ingredients.
    Put part of crumbs in mixture and save rest to sprinkle on top.
    Bake in moderate oven until done.
