Betty Roger'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
8 chicken breast halves or 12 thighs, boned and skinned
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
1 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Saute stuffing in butter until golden.
Add 3/4 of buttered stuffing to bottom of greased 3 quart casserole dish.
Place chicken in dish.
Mix together soup, sour cream and mushrooms. Pour over chicken.
Add remaining crumbs on top.
