Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
6 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. milk
3 beaten eggs
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 can cream-style corn
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
3 tsp. sugar
2 c. grated cheese
3/4 c. jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except cheese and peppers.
Add grated cheese and jalapeno peppers.
Pour into two 9 x 12-inch pans or one 12 x 18-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
