Cornbread Skillet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 to 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped or use 1/4 c. bell pepper
Preparation
    Combine eggs, corn meal, corn, milk and oil in a bowl; set aside.
    Cook beef until browned; drain well and set aside.
    Pour 1/2 of corn meal mixture into a greased 1 1/2-inch cast-iron skillet.
    Spread evenly with beef.
    Top with cheese, onion and peppers.
    Pour on remaining batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
