Mamaw'S Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water (hot)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. shortening (add to hot water and let melt)
4 or 5 c. flour (all-purpose)
Preparation

Take sugar, salt and yeast, mix with flour; add the water. Mix until it gets like bread dough.
Keep adding flour until it is thick enough to knead.
Put in greased bowl and let rise until double.
Roll out and cut into biscuits.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown; brush with butter.
