Sour Cream Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, diced fine
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
3 Tbsp. tapioca
1 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Place rhubarb in pastry shell.
Blend together egg, sugar, salt, tapioca and sour cream.
Pour over rhubarb and bake.
