Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 c. water
    1 c. corn meal
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    2 light tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Sift meal with salt and add boiling water.
    Add butter and stir until smooth.
    Add beaten eggs and milk.
    Sprinkle baking powder over top and stir quickly into batter.
    Pour into greased pan or pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for large pan or 45 to 50 minutes for 2 pie pan or 1/2 recipe.
