Pilaf Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter in large skillet until tender, but not brown, about 5 minutes.
    Add rice and saute for 3 minutes.
    Add bouillon
    and salt.
    Bring to boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Stir in almonds and parsley; fluff with a fork.
