Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 stick soft oleo
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
16 oz. can fruit cocktail with juice
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except coconut together.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan (or may use small cookie sheet that has deep sides). Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut on bottom of pan.
Then pour batter over the coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Done when pick comes out clean.
Cool, then frost with thin icing (drizzle on).
