Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 or 9 qt. popped corn
1 c. oleo
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. soda
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil all ingredients, except corn and soda, for 5 minutes, mixing well and stirring.
Remove from heat and add soda.
Stir in quickly.
Pour over popped corn.
Mix well.
Put in 2 large, flat pans and place in a 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Be sure to stir 2 or 3 times.
Store in lightly closed container.
