Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 minced garlic clove
    1/2 c. onions
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soya sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut up
    1 green pepper, sliced
    white rice
Preparation
    Brown meat in 1 teaspoon oil.
    Add onions and garlic.
    Cook until tender.
    Add bouillon cube with 1 cup hot water, then add stewed tomatoes and green pepper.
    Cook 30 minutes, then add cornstarch and soya sauce.
    Cook 5 minutes longer.
    Serve over rice.
