Chili Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. shortening
chopped onion
garlic
2 cans kidney beans
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Put meat in shortening, then add chopped onion and garlic. Next, add the kidney beans, tomato soup and seasonings.
Heat thoroughly.
Just before serving, top with cheese and place under the broiler to melt cheese.
