Low-Fat Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 can evaporated skim milk
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes; layer in baking dish with flour and salt and pepper.
    Cover with canned milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
