Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, cut in florets
    1 head cauliflower, cut in florets
    10 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped tomatoes (remove seeds)
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, onion, tomatoes and eggs; set aside.
    In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
    Mix until smooth.
    Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
