Classic Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cooked, peeled and cubed potatoes (5 to 6 medium)
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, stir together the first 5 ingredients until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Toss to coat well.
    Cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
    Makes about 5 cups.
