Special White Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt (scant)
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1/2 c. milk
6 oz. sour cream
2 pkg. yeast (quick rising)
Preparation

Mix
1 1/2 cups flour, salt, sugar, sour cream and milk in mixer
at
medium
speed until blended.
Dissolve yeast in warm water
and add it along with the melted margarine to the flour mixture; beat until smooth.
Remove from mixer and beat with spoon, gradually adding the remaining flour.
If dough is too sticky
to
handle, add a little more flour and knead for several minutes.
Place
dough in a large pan in a warm place and let rise until doubled in size.
