Fresh Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage, cored and shredded
3 carrots, thinly sliced
3/4 c. sliced celery
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 medium cauliflower flowerets
1/2 green pepper, thin sliced
2 zucchini, thinly sliced
1 large potato, peeled and thinly sliced
2 medium tomato wedges
1 c. chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 tsp. dried dill
1 bay leaf
Preparation
-
Combine veggies and spoon into 4-quart casserole.
In small saucepan, combine broth and herbs.
Pour over vegetables.
Cover and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
